In the rare event that our Bird’s Nest fails to meet our commitment to quality, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Complaint and/or Request for Refund
We take complaint and feedback very seriously. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Any complaint or request for refund must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of our Bird’s Nest.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will within seven (7) working days notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
